These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your subscription to Nim’s services and are part of the broader Terms of Service, incorporated here by reference. By subscribing to any paid services provided by Nim, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not subscribe or use our paid services.
Subscription Plans and Billing
Nim provides free and paid plans, each tailored to different needs and functionalities. The current details of available paid plans can be found under User menu → Subscription.
New users may also purchase a one-time Trial Pack, which provides a predefined, non-renewable number of generation credits. These credits expire 6 months after purchase. If a user upgrades to a subscription plan, any unused Trial Pack credits remain available and are used alongside subscription credits.
Starting from the Pro plan, users may also purchase additional Credit Packs for extra generations. Credits included in Credit Packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled, and renewals occur at the current rate, with prior notification of any changes. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually from the activation date.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees do not include taxes, which are applied based on the user’s location. Users are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.
Cancellations and Refunds
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Trial Pack and Credit Pack purchases are non-refundable and expire 6 months after purchase or upon account termination.
Refund requests, including those related to partial use of a subscription period, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Billing team and are not guaranteed.
Prohibited Content
Nim strictly prohibits the use of its platform to upload, generate, submit, create, display, post, store, or promote any content that violates legal, ethical, or community standards. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM);
- Psychologically harmful content, including violent, abusive, or disturbing imagery;
- NSFW content involving public figures or celebrities.
Nim monitors user activity to ensure compliance with these rules. Prompts or generations flagged as potentially violating may be subject to review. If a violation is confirmed, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Unused subscription time, Trial Pack or Credit Pack credits will not be refunded in cases of termination due to confirmed violations.

Account Manipulation
Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, accumulate excessive credits, or exploit platform pricing (including repeated purchases of the Trial Pack) is strictly prohibited.
Nim does not permit multi-account usage. If our systems detect activity consistent with abuse or manipulation, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any associated accounts at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Fraudulent Activity
If Nim’s algorithms detect suspicious behavior, including but not limited to fraudulent payments, use of multiple unrelated payment methods, or activity associated with high-risk or suspicious accounts, we reserve the right to restrict or permanently block access to the platform without prior notice.
In cases involving suspected fraudulent payments, the Billing team may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund and proceed with account termination.
After detecting a suspicious payment, you will receive a notification email, and you can appeal the decision within 7 days.
Refund Policy
We understand that billing issues can arise, and our team is here to help. Below are the key guidelines regarding refunds and plan adjustments:
- Accidental Annual Plan Purchase If you accidentally purchased an annual plan, you may contact us within 7 days of the purchase. We can help switch you to a monthly plan. Email us at support@nim.video to request assistance.
- Monthly Plan Refunds Refunds for monthly subscriptions purchased by mistake may be considered on a case-by-case basis, if the request is made within 7 days of payment. Refunds are not guaranteed.
- Credit Pack and Trial Pack Refunds Refunds for Credit Packs and Trial Packs purchased by mistake may be considered on a case-by-case basis, if the request is made within 7 days of payment. Refunds are not guaranteed.
- Partial Refunds Requests for partial refunds (e.g., based on limited usage or early cancellation) are evaluated individually by our Billing team and are not guaranteed.
- Plan Upgrades or Downgrades Requests for prorated adjustments due to plan upgrades or downgrades are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Promotions and Discounts
Nim may occasionally offer promotions and discounts, which are limited to one per user unless explicitly stated otherwise. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise specified. Nim reserves the right to modify or revoke promotions at any time.
Changes to Subscription Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically, with significant changes communicated in advance. Continued use of Nim’s services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
