About Nim

Nim is an all-in-one AI video creation app with world’s best models, millions of reusable clips, and powerful prompt assistant.

We fully launched in January 2025 and grew to 1M users and $2M ARR since then.

In June, we will launch Nim Stories — our agentic layer able to create TikTok-sized videos with a single click. Nim will gather facts and references, write a script, generate images and video clips, prepare captions, and do the final editing.

Our mission is to build the world’s most creative AI that works alongside humans and helps them produce videos worth millions of views.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with an opportunity to own/operate multiple channels and lead a performance marketing team in near future

  • Campaign ideation
    • Review and expand our segment list (personas and value propositions)
    • Track best-performing ads and influencer content from competitors
    • Track new AI content trends that can inspire new campaigns
    • Develop and prioritize campaign ideas
  • Creative production
    • Work with UGC creators and/or motion designers to rapidly produce creatives at scale
    • Provide improvement notes for UGC creators
  • Campaign management
    • Setup campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Youtube (and potentially Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter)
    • Manage budgets
    • Run campaign analytics and reporting

Requirements

  • End-to-end performance marketing experience. Worked hands-on on all key elements: campaign ideation, creative production, and campaign management.
  • User acquisition success. Grew revenue or users 3x or more in a year. Worked with acquisition budgets $10k-$1M per month.
  • Speed. Can quickly test and optimize new creatives, targeting settings, and new ad networks.
  • Startup fit. Comfortable with rapidly changing plans and high-autonomy, fast-paced, remote-first culture.
  • Opinionated yet collaborative. Has strong ideas how to do things but also willing to listen to teammates and incorporate some of their ideas.

Would be a big plus:

  • Experience in other growth channels. Past experience and success in some of our priority channels: influencer marketing, own social media, invites and sharing, SEO.
  • AI-native. Worked in an AI-related field (LLMs, agents, video, etc.) for 6 months or more. Could be an in-house role in an AI company, event organizer, blogger, etc.
  • Remote-ready. Worked on a remote-first team before
