Nim Docs

Nim is a professional-grade platform for AI video production with access to top open source models like Stable Diffusion and AnimateDiff as well as specialized models for green screen effects, restyling, upscaling, and many other effects.

Technology

We are continuously adding new models and pipelines to Nim.

If you have your favorite open source model or ComfyUI workflow, please let us know. There’s a good chance we may be able to add it to Nim. In particular, we always on a lookout for enhancers, upscalers, and style LoRAs.

Expect infrequent service interruptions, perhaps 30min every other week or so. Sometimes we do major server upgrades and need to shut down the service for a short period of time. You can always contact us at hello@nim.video, Discord or Twitter for status info.

Creative recommendations

Stay flexible. We recommend to start with many ideas for individual shots (e.g. 50-100), see which ones AI can make well, and then narrow down the final script to the best shots. If your storyboard is too rigid, there’s a risk that AI will fail to make some of the shots you wanted.

Use multiple tools. For best results we recommend to use as multiple tools, both AI and non-AI. MidJourney, Unreal Engine, Blender, Adobe, Eleven Labs, D-ID, Suno, Udio, CapCut, original video footage, and video stocks (as inputs for video-to-video) are all encouraged.

Follow copyright law. For input images, please only use content you own, public domain content, or content generated by you in other AI tools. Using popular memes as inputs is also acceptable.
