Our mission is to build the world's most creative AI that works alongside humans and helps them produce videos worth millions of views.

About the role

We are looking for an Organic Social Strategist to own Nim's Instagram and TikTok from zero. You define what to post, when, and why. You don't produce content — we have AI systems and a production team for that, but stories, carousels, content publishing, and performance tracking are fully in your scope. You make the accounts grow. What matters most is reach — views, followers, and ultimately new users. The expectation: average 100K views per piece of content by September.

Responsibilities

Content strategy

  • Study what makes people follow, watch, and share in this space
  • Watch what's working across competitors and trends, move fast on it
  • Build a content calendar with a clear hypothesis behind every post
  • Define the formats that work for each platform, cut the ones that don't

Account growth

  • Revive our Instagram and start TikTok from scratch
  • Make decisions based on what the data says, not what feels right
  • Double down on what works, kill what doesn't

Content production

  • Create, edit, and publish content yourself — especially in the early stages
  • Write scripts for AI creators and video editors when handing off production
  • Give fast, specific feedback on drafts
  • Use Nim's AI production tools to scale output — and spin up your own for research, trend watching, or whatever else you need.

Expectations

  • Within 1 month: Know the product, the audience, and the competitive landscape. Ship a 3-month content strategy deeply rooted in competitive research. Have the first formats live and in testing.
  • Within 3 months: Clear growth signals — views, followers, and engagement trending up. A content system that runs week to week without rebuilding from scratch.
  • Within 6 months: Accounts on track to 100K. A repeatable set of formats with proven results. Content decisions driven by data.

Requirements

  • Recent organic growth track record. You've grown a social account from zero in the last 6–12 months — real followers, real engagement, recent results. What worked in 2022 doesn't count. Send us links to accounts you're running or have worked with — we want to see at least 100K views per piece of content in your portfolio.
  • Trend fluency. You know what's performing on TikTok and Instagram right now. Not last quarter.
  • Strategic. You think in systems and formats, not individual posts. You know what to make and why before you brief anyone.
  • AI-native. You use AI tools as a default, not as an experiment.
  • English-first. You've built and grown accounts in English — your content, captions, and scripts are native-level.
  • Startup fit. High autonomy, fast pace, remote-first. Plans change — you adapt.

Would be a big plus:

  • Built something yourself. A personal account, a side project — something you grew from scratch on your own.
  • Experience in AI or tech. Content for AI products, apps, or the creator economy.
